General Gift Voucher Conditions

• Vouchers are not transferrable, must be used by the specified gift recipient
• Vouchers not redeemable for cash under any circumstances
• Surcharge will apply to "split"any gift vouchers into two or more shorter treatments (excludes dollar-value gift vouchers)
• Surcharge may apply to extend gift vouchers beyond set expiry date
• Vouchers purchased by mail or telephone order are not valid for use until completed order confirmation form is recieved from the purchaser
